Foster Plus Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Foster Plus Project Coordinator will lead day-to-day communications, administration, community engagement, and data functions to improve the experience and outcomes for young people in Therapeutic Foster Care across Oregon.

In Short

• Builds and maintains relationships with community partners.
• Organizes outreach and planning with community partners.
• Leads and maintains the Foster Plus Strategic Plan.
• Facilitates communication between Foster Plus partners.
• Creates yearly summary reports of Foster Plus progress.
• Identifies potential funding sources for Foster Plus goals.
• Writes grants or coordinates grant writing efforts.
• Tracks Foster Plus funding and data collection.
• Plans and manages community events logistics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three years’ experience in project management and community outreach.
• Knowledge of Oregon Department of Human Services programs.
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful and technology savvy.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in fundraising or grant writing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
