Senior Service Designer (Secondary Math) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Service Designer supports Great Minds in its mission to foster effective implementation of all curriculum products. This role is responsible for researching, writing, reviewing, and revising content that supports the implementation efforts of current and potential users of Great Minds-supported curricula.

In Short

• Create high-quality professional learning content aligned with project vision.
• Partner closely with the Texas Implementation Services team.
• Execute service development milestones and communicate effectively.
• Provide visual design support for learning needs.
• Ensure accessibility guidelines are followed.
• Define multi-year learning sequences for teachers and administrators.
• Participate in writing professional learning resources.
• Develop internal learning experiences for field-facing teams.
• Use data to create learning offerings.
• Communicate effectively within the team.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in developing professional learning content.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Extensive content knowledge in Secondary Mathematics.
• 3 years of experience facilitating professional development workshops.
• Experience supporting Texas Education Agency OER materials.
• Expert knowledge of pedagogical approaches.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
