Senior Service Designer - Bluebonnet Learning RLA - Remote

Overview

The Senior Service Designer supports Great Minds in its mission to foster effective implementation of all curriculum products. This role is responsible for researching, writing, reviewing, and revising content that supports the implementation efforts of current and potential users of Great Minds-supported curricula.

In Short

• Create high-quality professional learning content for K-5 RLA.
• Partner closely with the Texas Implementation Services team.
• Execute on service development milestones.
• Provide visual design support for learning needs.
• Ensure accessibility guidelines are followed.
• Define multi-year learning sequences for educators.
• Participate in writing professional learning resources.
• Develop internal learning experiences for field-facing teams.
• Use data to create effective learning offerings.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional learning content development.
• Leadership experience in a school or district (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge in Reading Language Arts TEKS.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating professional development workshops.
• Experience with Texas Education Agency OER instructional materials.
• Expert knowledge of pedagogical approaches.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
