Overview

The Senior Learning Designer is responsible for course development and design, focusing on best practices for teaching, learning, and the integration of Generative AI in higher education.

In Short

• Design and develop online courses in alignment with institutional guidelines.

• Review and improve existing online courses for better engagement.
• Support the administration of course processes and training of remote Learning Designers.

• Participate in strategic discussions related to the COL.
• Utilize various authoring and web design tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI-driven course design.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Moodle preferred).
• Basic knowledge of HTML editing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of online and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience with outcomes assessment.
• Ability to support cross-functional team activities.
• Customer service focus and strong work ethic.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual setting.
