Overview

The Senior Project Manager, Operations will oversee the management of new and existing content across various curricular teams, focusing on the development and production of educational materials.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of order fulfillment and national distribution of products.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers.
• Strong understanding of logistics and inventory workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and project management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
