Overview

The Manager, Corporate Finance will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support accurate, timely, and integrated financial insights for executive decision-making.

• Lead corporate finance reporting cadence including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reviews.
• Consolidate financial results, forecasts, and outlooks into an executive-ready narrative.
• Own and maintain three-statement financial models.
• Lead balance sheet and cash flow planning with variance analysis.
• Manage external financial reporting deliverables.
• Support CFO with financial analysis related to banking relationships.
• Own global planning assumptions and corporate labor model.
• Serve as primary finance business partner to G&A teams.

• Manage and develop one Lead Financial Analyst.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive corporate finance or FP&A experience.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in corporate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Strong command of three-statement financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP and FP&A tools.
• Strong communication skills for synthesizing financial information.
