Corporate Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will be a strategic finance partner with primary ownership of our Long-Range Planning process and critical support for our Investor Relations and Strategic Finance functions.

In Short

• Support the company’s Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Long-Range Planning, and Corporate Development activities.
• Own the development and continuous refinement of Life360's Long-Range Plan.
• Develop investor presentations and supporting documents for quarterly reporting.
• Prepare Board of Directors & Executive presentations.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling for special projects.
• Support the Strategic Finance function, including cash flow forecasting.
• Collaborate across various groups within Life360.
• Maintain attention to detail in financial modeling and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Experience building complex financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and structured approach to problems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel & modeling skills required.
