Finance Manager - Corporate FP&A - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager at Upstart will drive and support all aspects of FP&A, including financial forecasting, planning, and reporting, while collaborating with various business leaders.

In Short

• Lead financial forecasting, planning, and reporting for the balance sheet.
• Own forecasting accuracy for balance sheet composition and net interest margin.
• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards.
• Partner with various teams to ensure accurate modeling and compliance.
• Drive process improvements within FP&A.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• Strong expertise in balance sheet and cash management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and adaptable.
