At Graza, we believe that every kitchen deserves delicious, fresh olive oil to use every day, in every way. Our squeezable olive oils, Sizzle, Drizzle, and Frizzle, are sold in over 15,000 retail doors nationwide, with retailers spanning Grocery, Natural, Mass, Alternative, and Club Channels.

We’re looking for a Senior Trade Manager to join our Sales team and lead how we plan, track, and execute trade at Graza. This person will build the systems and processes that help us invest smarter, move faster, and show up stronger in every retail channel. From TPM implementation to promo planning to ROI tracking, this role will take full ownership of the trade function and play a key role in driving our next stage of growth.

In Short

• Lead the development of account-level and national trade programs.
• Manage promotional calendars and ensure investments are effective.
• Align trade strategy with brand goals and commercial targets.
• Design and manage trade programs including promotions and merchandising.
• Own trade spend forecasting and tracking by customer.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and Marketing.
• Track performance using POS and internal data.
• Build reports to measure trade effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve ROI.
• Facilitate adoption of TPM systems across the team.
