As a Senior Trade Marketing Manager at Cronos, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing the execution of the company’s Annual Trade Marketing strategy in Canada, focusing on driving brand advocacy and awareness while contributing to financial targets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in CPG, Alcohol, or Tobacco trade/shopper marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Health Canada regulations for cannabis (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel 15% of the time.
• Team-oriented with a successful track record in cross-functional projects.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Experience with financial management and budget oversight.
