Overview

The Applications & Technical Support Engineer will provide first and second line IT support to end-users, focusing on Grayce’s cloud infrastructure and various applications.

In Short

  • Deliver first and second line IT support.
  • Provide hands-on desktop support.
  • Manage access control and user accounts.
  • Implement changes across business applications.
  • Identify improvements to support processes.
  • Serve as a primary contact for IT support.

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Proficiency in Power BI integrations.
