The Early Talent Delivery Manager role is essential to Grayce’s growth strategy and maintaining the highest levels of service, focusing on managing, coaching, and mentoring Analysts in the emerging talent space.

In Short

• Mentoring Analysts to promote development and personal career progression.
• Coaching Analysts to optimise performance on client sites.
• Liaising with clients to ensure service alignment with their needs.
• Managing 30-35 Analysts and delivering the Grayce Development Programme.
• Conducting performance analysis and identifying development areas.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across customer accounts.
• Managing the lifecycle of placing Analysts with customers.
• Identifying new growth opportunities within accounts.
• Managing delivery risks and resolving issues proactively.
• Working in a hybrid model with 3 office days per week.

Requirements

• Experience in coaching and mentoring emerging talent.
• Team management experience, ideally in change, data, or tech environments.
• Experience with planning and reporting.
• Knowledge of corporate operating models and enterprise architecture.
• Experience building commercial relationships.
• Stakeholder management experience across all organizational levels.
• Understanding of business change and transformation environments.
