A national retail insurance agency is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Sales Agent to join their E-COMP department. This fully remote position focuses on providing excellent customer service and managing the sales process for commercial lines insurance.

• 3+ years of Commercial Insurance experience required.
• Experience with Pay-Go Workers' Compensation.
• Prior insurance sales experience necessary.
• Ability to thrive in a team atmosphere.
• Proficient with carrier quoting systems and common software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of various commercial insurance products.
• Ability to self-generate new leads and maintain existing relationships.
