Overview

The Technical Support Representative at Granicus will work as an integral part of Client Experience, providing high-level support to clients across various sectors and locations.

In Short

  • Work-from-home position based out of Bengaluru, India.
  • Night shift work aligned with Canada timing after a training period.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to speak, write, and read French (C1 level).
  • First point of contact for inbound email and chat queries.
  • Independently resolve queries and redirect technical issues to the technology team.
  • Keep customers informed about open/pending issues.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the EngagementHQ platform.
  • Build credibility with customers by empathizing with their problems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Development and Product Teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (C1 level).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Reliable home-office environment with internet access.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
