Overview

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer for Enterprise Storage is part of the Infrastructure Engineering team at Granicus, responsible for supporting and maintaining infrastructure hardware, software, and critical systems with a focus on security, availability, and scalability.

In Short

• Provision and allocate storage to server assets (VMware, Windows, and Linux based VMs).
• Improve infrastructure team processes and implement automation.
• Identify and fix problem areas in the storage infrastructure.
• Execute quality changes and provide peer reviews.
• Triage and troubleshoot during production incidents.
• Log and monitor storage hardware and resources.
• Analyze log files and infrastructure data.
• Develop documentation for storage projects and procedures.
• Plan and install software/firmware releases and upgrades.
• Manage regular patching for security vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of infrastructure systems support experience.
• 3+ years of experience in advanced storage design and support.
• 2+ years of experience in scripting and automation.
• Experience with performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data recovery and backup strategies.
• Experience with security frameworks like ISO 27001.
• Passionate about technology and self-motivated.
• Proven technical leader capable of problem-solving.
• Exposure to various infrastructure technologies is a plus.
