Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will build, automate, and maintain robust IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance through modern automation practices.

In Short

• Build and maintain Linux-based systems, including physical and virtual servers.
• Manage and administer on-premise and Cloud-based IT Infrastructure (VMware, AWS).
• Develop automation scripts using IAC tools.
• Design and implement highly available and self-healing components.
• Assist with escalated incidents and provide expertise.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration.
• Expert knowledge of Linux fundamentals.
• Extensive expertise in virtualized environment management.
• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP network protocol.
• Proficiency in using HTTP APIs in Python, Golang, or similar.
• Experience with configuration management platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with metrics and monitoring tools.
