Overview

GRAIL is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee a book of business within our enterprise customer accounts, driving meaningful change in cancer detection through strategic account management.

In Short

  • Leadership engagement and effective escalation skills.
  • Experience in a fast-growing technology company.
