Overview

As a Client Success Manager at OrderMyGear (OMG), you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and improving the eCommerce experience for clients and their customers.

In Short

  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with your assigned book of business.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Identify and execute on data-driven growth opportunities within the account base.
  • Train new and existing Sales Representatives on product features and best practices.
  • Monitor accounts for potential health risks and leverage risk playbooks.
  • Update and maintain account Salesforce data regularly.
  • Prepare full quarterly business reviews and in-person process reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute client requests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
