In Short

• Support GTM functions in EMEA (Sales and Solutions Engineering).
• Act as the first point of contact for all external candidates.
• Build relationships with hiring managers ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain ATS (Greenhouse) data accuracy.
• Ensure recruitment process compliance with internal teams.
• Schedule global interviews across multiple time zones.
• Contribute to recruitment projects and initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the People Ops team.
• Define process and structure creatively.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Coordination Experience in a fast-paced Technology Company.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, and automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent communication skills across all channels.
