• 5+ years in relevant fields with technical expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or Customer Success.
• Experience in building low-touch programs in SaaS.
• Deep observability expertise, Grafana stack experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
