Senior Analyst, Data & Insights - Remote

Overview

As a Sr. Analyst in Data & Insights at grüns, you will apply strategic skills combined with your quantitative abilities and experience in data-driven analysis to drive growth, improve the bottom line, and surface new opportunities.

In Short

• Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop hypotheses, tests, and analysis to inform solution development.
• Build and navigate data to solve key business problems.
• Develop & maintain financial models to forecast financial impact.
• Perform modeling/analytics for product and pricing strategies.
• Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts.
• Identify and refine KPI metrics for business performance.

Requirements

• BS/MS Degree in a quantitative or computational field.
• 4+ years experience in data analytics.
• Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Expertise with SQL, with R and/or Python knowledge preferred.
• Strong statistical skills and intuition for solving problems.
• Experience with Cloud Computing (Google Cloud) platforms preferred.
