Logistics Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of shipment coordination, documentation accuracy, and ERP updates across our fast-growing supply chain.

In Short

• Set up, track, and manage shipments between ingredient suppliers, packaging suppliers, co-manufacturers, co-packers, fulfillment centers, and retail partners.
• Own the start-to-finish shipment setup process, including gathering and managing requirements.
• Partner with suppliers and carriers to secure quotes and confirm proper documentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through three-way matching of purchase orders, raw materials shipped, and invoices received.
• Keep ERP systems accurate and current with packaging and ingredients received.
• Maintain clear documentation for every shipment to support financial audits.
• Build relationships with shipping partners to improve service quality.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including 1–2 years in logistics operations.
• Comfortable with ERP systems (experience with fulfil.io is a huge plus).
• Hands-on experience in managing shipping requirements.
• Willing to learn tools like Slack and partner portals.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective at problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills.
