In Short

• Schedule and assign drivers to delivery routes.
• Coordinate deliveries to meet client deadlines.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain a pool of independent contractor drivers.
• Manage billing and driver settlements daily.
• Prepare and submit reports for clients and management.
• Attend weekly meetings to review service levels.
• Conduct meetings with independent contractors.
• Cover open shifts or deliver routes in emergencies.
• Some travel may be required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in logistics and customer service.
• Availability for on-call shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to lift 0-50 lbs.
