• Support the Driver Recruiter team in a rapidly growing logistics company.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for independent contractor drivers.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates.
• Ensure timely onboarding of candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers.
• Utilize recruitment data to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in recruitment practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance recruitment processes.
• Develop training programs for recruiters.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to recruiters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience focused on independent contractor drivers.
• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
