Overview

GPS Group Peer Support is seeking a full-time Digital Communications & Engagement Specialist to lead MASStrong’s digital outreach, social media engagement, content creation, and online communications strategy. This role will ensure that GPS’s message reaches a broad audience, engaging healthcare workers, stakeholders, and partners through strategic digital content, including social media and email/newsletter campaigns, and community engagement via LMS.

In Short

  • Create, schedule, and manage content for all social media channels.
  • Write, schedule, and monitor social media posts for engagement.
  • Track social media analytics and adjust strategies.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos for digital platforms.
  • Write and design outreach materials and newsletters.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee content updates on MASStrong’s website.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across digital channels.
  • Develop monthly digital marketing reports.
  • Support promotion of trainings and events through digital communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Basic video editing experience.
