Overview

The Training Administrator will provide Learning Management System (LMS) administrative support, assisting with various LMS duties related to class scheduling, reporting, and customer inquiries.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support for LMS activities.
  • Assist with class scheduling and running LMS reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries through Service Central Tickets and emails.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors LMS is a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel required.
  • Manage a large volume of tasks with accuracy and quality.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (50% onsite, 50% remote).
  • Full-time position with a 4x10 work schedule.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Requirements

  • Experience in LMS administration.
  • Familiarity with training administration concepts.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage disruptions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a complex environment.
