Overview

Geico is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Staff Engineer to build high-performance, low maintenance platforms and applications, contributing to the transformation of their insurance business.

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance web applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS or Azure and containerization technologies.
• Solid experience in database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with open-source frameworks and cloud services.
