Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at GoTo, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers, helping them with technical issues related to our products.

In Short

  • Receive calls and emails from customers needing assistance.
  • Record services performed in a ticket registration system (Salesforce).
  • Perform callbacks to customers who left messages.
  • Troubleshoot IP telephony and software problems.
  • Provide technical support for installation and maintenance of systems.
  • Teach customers how to use solutions effectively.
  • Inform customers about updates and new features.
  • Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues.
  • Configure IP telephony appliances and manage user accounts.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Customer Support roles.
  • Technical knowledge to diagnose network problems.
  • Experience in handling frustrated customers professionally.
  • Advanced English level (80%) in both spoken and written communication.
  • Training in networks or related areas.
  • Basic knowledge of the SIP protocol.
  • CCNA certification or in progress is desirable.
