Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager at GoodTime will partner directly with Enterprise customers to support their recruiting operations, ensuring they have a positive experience with the platform.

  • Drive product adoption and customer retention.
  • Build strong executive relationships.
  • Analyze product usage data to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop customer strategies and success playbooks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience.
  • 5+ years in Customer Success Management.
  • Conduct QBRs and lead renewal discussions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruiting or HR technology is a plus.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Customer Onboarding.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting QBRs.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Recruiting, ATS, or HR Technology experience is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
