  • Proven success in closing high-value deals.
  • Experience in HR software sales.
  • Deep knowledge of HR tech landscape.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Strong consultative sales approach.
  • Self-starter with a track record of success.
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
