Overview

As a QA Analyst on the Manufacturer Solutions Client Success team, you will be responsible for various operational aspects of support, analysis, and quality assurance related to GoodRx’s Point of Sale (POS), patient access, and affordability programs.

In Short

  • Ensure the accuracy of pharmacy claims data and proactively identify issues in data flow.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to develop robust processes for accurate reporting.
  • Develop standard processes for auditing claims data and identifying discrepancies.
  • Support audit requests by providing validated data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and adherence to business rules.
  • Partner with Finance on month-end activities and revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations for optimal sales pipeline reporting.
  • Perform quality control on new program setups.
  • Maintain records of testing activities and findings.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in complex QA environments involving pharmacy claims.
  • Healthcare and claims data experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop effective QA logic and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of claims adjudication engines.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and analytical tools.
  • Critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving.
  • A strong curiosity in healthcare technologies.
