Overview

This position involves supporting small business customers in implementing their advertising campaigns and guiding them through the onboarding process while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency.

In Short

• Support small business customers with their advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or automation tools like Zapier.
• Comfortable with direct customer contact via email or phone.
• Communicative and enjoys advising customers.
• Hands-on mentality with a desire to improve workflows.
• Some experience in copywriting, social media, or video content is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude, even in stressful times.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
