The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the full sales cycle in assigned verticals and agency groups, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships in the advertising sector.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead research to deal closure.
  • Conduct independent acquisition activities including cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline and client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver sales pitches and create professional concepts and media plans.
  • Responsible for building the B2B client base and recruiting ad sales.
  • Represent the company at networking events and organize agency roadshows.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager for client development.
  • Support the improvement of sales processes from presentation to campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills for phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Experience in advertising sales with a passion for sales activities.
  • Enjoy networking and building new contacts at events.
  • Knowledge of advertising concepts and campaign KPIs.
  • Hands-on mentality with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in presentation software, Office programs, and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in German and English, with a native-level proficiency in German.
  • A strong network of agency contacts or direct clients is a plus.
