Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

Goldsky is a realtime onchain data platform, giving developers access to world-class data infrastructure to power their onchain applications. We’re looking to bring on a Solutions Engineer to our Technical Services team, responsible for pre- and post-sale engagements with current and future customers.

In Short

• Become a product expert and guide customers through their unique challenges.
• Build reusable data products that streamline customer processes.
• Create demos and guides to showcase platform capabilities.
• Develop practical solutions for novel technical challenges in Web3.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to address customer-facing issues.

Requirements

• Comfortable writing SQL queries and diving into codebases.
• Curious, low ego, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a chaotic startup environment.
• Experience with technical products and customers, especially in B2B SaaS.
• Basic coding skills across multiple programming languages.
• Understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
