Technical Interview Representative (Part-Time) - Remote

• This is a part-time, low-commitment role requiring only 1–2 hours per day.
• We're not looking for a full-time developer or someone to write complex code.
• Our ideal candidate is a confident communicator (Native American Accent) with a strong understanding of software development and the ability to present well in interviews.
• Participate in interviews arranged by our consulting team.
• Represent project-ready profiles prepared by our consultants.
• Assist in evaluating opportunities and helping our clients better understand cultural and communication expectations in U.S. companies.
• You will not be required to perform the actual job duties post-interview.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (A+ level).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development.
• Familiarity with AI, backend, or full-stack development.
