Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent Client Operations Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

In Short

  • Manage executive and team calendars, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and maintain engagement after the sales cycle.
  • Participate in group chats and ongoing communication channels with clients and internal teams.
  • Support back-office operations and assist with project management tasks.
  • Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and ensure professional, timely responses.
  • Maintain organization and clarity across multiple projects and communication threads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred (not required).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, executive assistance, or administrative support roles.
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets) and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage client communication and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and communication threads simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to proactively anticipate needs and manage priorities independently.
  • Comfortable coordinating across sales, operations, and back-office teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Benefits

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,200 - $1,600 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
