Requirements

• Fluent in English and French, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience in a Customer Support role.
• Strong attention to detail and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working with internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Zendesk or Looker preferred.
