Overview

We are looking for a former special education teacher or school leader with business experience to work with district and school leaders across the country to plan effective implementations and transform instructional practice.

In Short

  • Perform renewal efforts with district and school partners.
  • Collaborate with leaders to plan effective implementations.
  • Deliver online and onsite professional development workshops.
  • Analyze usage data and engage with district partners.
  • 30% travel required, heavier during summer and fall.
  • 2+ years instructional leadership or coaching experience.
  • 5+ years teaching experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills needed.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit is a plus.
  • Compensation range of $70-110k based on experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and persuasion skills.
  • Top-notch organization and attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Desirable: 2+ years school or district leadership experience.
  • Desirable: 2+ years business experience in sales or customer success.
