Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (Equity-Based), you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support while working in a flexible, remote environment.

In Short

  • Onboarding new customers to ensure success with our software.
  • Building strong relationships with strategic customers.
  • Providing ongoing support and training to maximize product value.
  • Gathering customer feedback for product development.

  • Working collaboratively across teams including product, marketing, and sales.
  • Flexible working hours between 15 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  • 5+ years' experience in Customer Success or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
