The State Technology Lead plays a critical role in overseeing IT implementation and ensuring the success of Medicaid programs across multiple states, requiring strong leadership and project management skills.

• Serve as primary IT implementation contact for Medicaid programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of managed care experience.
• 5+ years in Medicaid program implementation or healthcare operations.
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations and Medicaid regulations.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• SAFe/Agile certification preferred.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira Align.
• Change Management Certification is a plus.
