Join Humana’s Member Calls Organization as a Contact Center Representative, where you will support Florida Medicaid members with their healthcare needs in a remote setting.

In Short

  • Work from home assisting Florida Medicaid customers.
  • Handle up to 75 calls per day in a high-volume call center.
  • Conduct outreach calls to Medicaid members.
  • Assist with PCP changes, provider locators, and benefit inquiries.
  • Must reside in Florida and have customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical skills required.
  • Training starts December 15, 2025, in a virtual format.
  • Flexible 8-hour shifts required after training.
  • Compensation ranges from $39,000 to $49,400 per year.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong technical skills and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Must meet performance metrics.
  • Availability for training and flexible work hours required.
  • Willingness to stay in the position for at least 12 months.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with necessary internet speed.
