Data and Reporting Professional - Remote

Overview

The Data and Reporting Professional 2 generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets for end-users using system tools and database queries. This role involves varied work assignments that require independent determination of appropriate action.

In Short

• Generate ad hoc reports and datasets for end-users.
• Perform data analytics using Access, Excel, SQL, and VBA.
• Develop methodologies to evaluate new programs.
• Provide feedback to management based on data findings.
• Document analytical processes and methodologies.
• Monitor metric deficiencies and coordinate corrective action plans.
• Work with a good understanding of Humana's data warehouse.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to work in the Eastern time zone.
• Work from home with occasional travel for training or meetings.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required for government contract.
• 3 years of experience in data reporting and analysis.
• 2 years of experience with SQL coding.
• 1 year of advanced Excel experience.
• Ability to interpret documents and write reports.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in managed care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Eastern time.
