Financial Reporting Professional - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking an experienced and versatile Financial Reporting professional to join our Corporate Finance department. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape a rapidly growing area of financial reporting, which includes preparation of the annual reports for the Company’s various domestic and international entities.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for various entities.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate audits and manage communication with auditors.
• Assist in regulatory financial reporting and compliance.
• Liaise with third-party firms for corporate tax filings.
• Maintain internal controls documentation.
• Implement expense allocation processes.
• Analyze financial conditions for acquisitions.
• Prepare memos for complex transactions.
• Work in a dynamic environment with strategic involvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
• CPA certified or in process.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting/auditing.
• Experience with corporate tax is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of General Ledger systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Strong verbal presentation skills.
