Overview

The Envolve Account Manager is responsible for managing GM Commercial sales, focusing on both current accounts and new business development within Ontario's central region.

In Short

  • Manage strategic and operational performance of GM Commercial sales.
  • Handle existing GM Envolve / Fleet accounts and acquire new customers.
  • Conduct regular customer contacts and competitive assistance programs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
  • Prepare territory business plans and forecasts.
  • Develop business relationships to promote GM products and services.
  • Conduct product training with account representatives.
  • Innovate sales tools and reports for the fleet department.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Collaborate with US counterparts to enhance sales volumes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
  • Valid G Driver's License required.
  • Experience in cross-functional team environments.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Business acumen and customer focus.
  • Professional demeanor with high standards of excellence.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or an MBA is preferred.
