The Tactical Operations Coordinator is responsible for driving process improvements in manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting customer demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing Operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage complex assignments with autonomy.
• Experience with lean and statistical tools.
• Understanding of propulsion technologies is a plus.
• Ability to prepare and present information effectively.
