The Shift Leader Maintenance role involves supervising maintenance operations at the Factory Zero location, focusing on the repair and upkeep of plant equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

• Supervise a team of salaried maintenance Group Leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of leadership/supervisor experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime.
• Engineering degree and maintenance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Maximo and Kronos is a plus.
• Strong decision-making skills based on established procedures.
• Ability to train and develop employees.
• Independent judgment in technical matters.
