The Production Group Leader is responsible for overseeing personnel, materials, and equipment in the foundry plant while ensuring effective training and development of team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in a similar production leadership role.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Intermediate knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with casting processes is desirable.
