Overview

The Shift Production Leader is responsible for leading associates in a manufacturing unit to achieve desired results, ensuring safety and quality standards while driving production performance.

• Lead day-to-day activities of the manufacturing unit.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required, BA/BS preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Independent thinking and decision-making ability.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of safety and ergonomics.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Basic financial acumen.
