FP&A Finance Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The FP&A Finance Systems Analyst will partner with business teams to enhance database systems, implement solutions, and perform user acceptance testing. This role requires collaboration with IT and business partners while maintaining security protocols and streamlining processes.

• Partner with business teams to develop requirements for database enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting or FP&A.
• Ability to interpret financial statements.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Moderate Excel skills and knowledge of Oracle’s Smart View.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with SAP and Hyperion systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
