Payables Generalist - International Corporate Contract - Remote

Overview

This position is an international corporate contract for an experienced Accounts Payables professional to join GLOBO Language Solutions.

In Short

• Process vendor invoices and prepare payments.
• Respond to vendor and contractor inquiries.
• Analyze and improve accounting systems.
• Act as liaison between operations, accounting, and QA.
• Assist in onboarding contractors to new payment systems.
• Experience with Bill.Com and similar systems is required.
• Excellent communication and writing skills are essential.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a decentralized environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
